Change Management
In corporate business, management teams are in constant change. Such changes in the corporate hierarchy can be positive with the adaptation of a systematic "Change Management" approach.
With my Change Management Team I set up effective CHANGE MANAGEMENT PROCESSES to be used at every corporate level, such as:
- Guidelines for the whole changing process
- Ways to formulate a company vision and a mission for the future
- Set up, advise and guide workshop training programs, as well as corporate coaching at all levels
- Help co-ordinate management strategies where needed
- Documentation of the whole strategy and development process
